As a young solicitor, Patricia cut her teeth in the District and Circuit Courts being very active with criminal defence work. Patricia is renowned in the North East for her commitment to the Criminal Law and for her excellent advocacy skills in the criminal courts.
While Patricia focuses on other areas nowadays, she retains a very keen interest in criminal law and continues to take instructions in this area. She has the benefit of a wealth of experience from representing clients in relation to more minor offences to serious crimes tried in the Central Criminal Court. Patricia has been involved in high-level trials.
Where you have been charged with or summonsed to court in respect of an alleged criminal offence, Patricia will provide excellent advice and representation at all stages of the criminal process.
Patricia is experienced in representing minors in the Children’s Court, ensuring that they are guided appropriately through the juvenile justice system. Patricia has represented minors for various types of offences and provides the defendant and their guardians with comprehensive advice on the Garda Youth Diversion Programme and all matters relating to the Children’s Court.
